Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy from Vitaltrack on offer.vitaltrack.shop. Please read them before you order. If anything is unclear, just ask us.

We are Northstar Ridge Ltd trading as Vitaltrack, of Northstar Ridge Ltd, Formby Lane, Ormskirk, L39 7HG, United Kingdom. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17274747.

Your order

• When you place an order, we email you to confirm we've received it. Our agreement with you starts when we send that confirmation.
• If we can't accept your order (for example, an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong), we'll tell you and won't take payment, or we'll refund you in full.
• Pictures are for illustration. Small differences in colour or packaging can happen.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in GBP. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.
• You can pay by card or PayPal. Payments are handled securely by PayPal; we never see or store your full card number.
• Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

Delivery options, times and prices for your country are on our Delivery page. If your order is late or doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll put it right.

Changing your mind and returns

You can return items within 90 days of receiving them, even if you've opened and used them. Full details are on our Returns and warranty page. You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

If something is faulty

Our products come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing faults. If an item is faulty, you also have legal rights to a repair, replacement or refund.

Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
