What we collect

• What you ordered and how much you paid. Card details are handled by PayPal; we never see or store your full card number.
• Your email address if you sign up to our emails.
• Messages you send us, so we can reply.
• Basic technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To take payment, deliver your order and send you order updates.
• To deal with returns, refunds, warranty claims and questions.
• To send you emails you've asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To keep records we're required to keep by law, such as for tax.
• To protect against fraud and keep the site secure.

Our legal reasons for using your information are: to carry out our contract with you (your order), to meet our legal obligations, our legitimate interest in running a secure shop, and your consent for marketing emails.

Who we share it with

We only share what's needed, with companies that help us run the shop:

• PayPal, to take payments.
• Our warehouse and delivery companies, to pack and deliver your order.
• Our email provider, to send order emails and any emails you've signed up for.
• Our website hosting provider, which stores the shop's data securely.

We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years, as UK tax law requires. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Other information is deleted when we no longer need it.

Your rights

• See the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it, or delete it where we don't need to keep it.
• Object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it.
• Ask for a copy to take elsewhere.
• Withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time.
